Januzaj Chooses Belgium

Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj has officially decided to represent Belgium on the international stage, and is now eligible for the World Cup squad should Marc Wilmots select him.

Januzaj, who could have played for as many as five national teams, not including Belgium, is one of the most highly-rated youngsters in European football, but has yet to capitalise on his positive start to the league campaign. Still only 19, the youngster would have been eligible for the England national team in 2018 should he remain in the country,

Following the dismissal of David Moyes on Tuesday, Januzaj will surely feature in the plans of the next coach of Manchester United, but may have to wait to become a regular fixture. With youth on his side, his raw ability might need harvesting away from Carrington on a possible loan, to step out of the spotlight and develop his game.
