Villa Old Stars v Villa Fans XI charity match for Harry Moseley

This Sunday a select few members of the Aston Villa Old Stars will be stepping out to face Aston Villa Fans XI. This match was setup to raise money and awareness of the tragic loss of Harry Moseley who sadly lost his long running with an inoperable brain tumour after fighting for his life for so long.

Aston Villa Old Stars are made up of some 1982 European Cup Winners such as Ken McNaught, Gordan Cowans, Tony Morley, Colin Gibson to name just a few, some of which will be in attendance for the match.

The match between Aston Villa Old Stars and a fans XI kicks off at 2.30pm on  Sunday at Sutton Coldfield Town football ground in Coles Lane.

All proceeds will go to Cancer Research UK, a cause brave Harry raised  hundreds of thousands of pounds for before his death last October.

Organisers have already sold almost 750 tickets for the match, but spectators  can also pay at the gate with doors opening at 1.30pm.

Admission is £4 adults and £1 under-16s.
