No changes here – it’s the same top five from last month. Steven Gerrard and Luis Suarez continue to switch places but they are far from catching Leighton Baines. Also Adel Taraabt is slowing gaining on David Silva. Juan Mata isn’t far off from this list on 62 chances – more on Mata below for clear-cut chances.
Leighton Baines reigns supreme for clear-cut chance creation too (creating sitters) as he has created 14. David Silva, Juan Mata and van Persie are all tied on 11 here whilst Mata has the most assists on the list – joint top in the Premier League with Steven Gerrard and Podolski.
