Register – Mobile version

You are viewing EPLIndex.com in mobile mode.  To be able to register on a mobile device, you need to turn the mobile version off.  You can do this by scrolling to the bottom of the page by tapping mobile version (or iPad version) off.  This then will let you register.  The registration link is here.
