Bolton’s record at the Emirates is not the best. Since their move to the Emirates we have not gained a single point. From the 1st game of the season we were top about to play city and jokingly called it a top of the table clash. Now this one is more of a relegation clash with both teams being in the bottom three at the start of play on Saturday. We have conceded 11 goals in 4 games at the emirates with four goals being shipped in the last two games and only a return of three goals.
There is a lot of hype around Arsenal at the moment saying they are struggling but they can still score goals and create a lot of chances and with our defence being a little bit ropey of late ( I use that term loosely) need to be strong and organised or we could end up shipping four goals and its game over. After the result at home to Norwich its important to get at least a point from this game its been a tough start as expected I honestly thought we could of picked a point or two up from the top 6 teams. The performance midweek against Aston Villa will give Owen Coyle food for thought. They played better than they have been doing in last few games and it will give the team some much needed confidence going into the Arsenal game.
