Neto would bring exactly that. He is quick, aggressive and proven in this league. There is no mystery over whether he can cope physically. There is no long adaptation curve to hide behind. If Arsenal are serious about improving the squad at the sharp end, players like this should be under consideration.
The hesitation is obvious too. Buying from Chelsea is expensive, and €70-80 million is a serious number. Arsenal would need to be convinced they are paying for impact, not just profile. Availability also matters. A dynamic winger is useful only if he is fit enough to contribute consistently through the season.
Still, the basic argument is solid. Arsenal need more unpredictability in wide areas and more support for Saka. Neto offers both.
