Kane had a contract, Bayern were told that the price was €116m, but they didn’t want to pay that.
In the end they got Kane on the cheap. I understand that the German league is a farmers league and they get their players for next to nothing because of that. But bayern decided that they wanted to play with the big boys for once. If you want the best you have to pay for it. No blackmail, actually it’s the opposite Bayern tried to get Kane on the cheap because he only had 12 months left. So now Bayern can go back to the farmers league and show off to the other farmers that they managed to play with the big boys
