We’ve experienced six weekends of exciting matches among twenty of the best football teams in England. So far, the English Premier League table has taken its form, with Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Tottenham in the lead. However, there are 31 more weeks to go, and there’s no telling what might change with the performances so far.
Our football predictions today are on the lineup we have for the seventh weekend, featuring the big clash between Liverpool and Tottenham. Our experts have analyzed the teams’ past performances and forms, and we bring you football betting tips to ensure your bets don’t go to waste. The seventh-week features matches between Aston Villa and Brighton, Wolves and Manchester City, Fulham and Chelsea, and Nottingham against Brentford, amongst others. We highlight and detail the chances of these teams in the following headings.
Aston Villa Vs. Brighton Hove & Albion
Aston Villa and Brighton have been in great form and performance this season. Both teams are not far off each other on the table, with Brighton Hove Albion at a higher position. Brighton, especially, has been the better underdog, pulling stunning wins against Manchester United and Newcastle. Aston Villa also has been quite okay, showing great form in 3-1 and 4-0 wins against Crystal Palace and Everton, respectively, in the past weeks.
In this clash, Brighton Hove & Albion has a little edge over Aston Villa. We do not expect Aston Villa to relent, and the possibility of a draw isn’t ruled out. So, if you’d pick Brighton to win, you should do so with a goal margin of one or two. You could also go for a draw, as both teams seem to match each other.
Manchester United Vs. Crystal Palace
Surprisingly, Crystal Palace has had a slightly better run than Manchester United this season. Manchester United is struggling under the management of Erik Ten Hag, losing games to Brighton, Tottenham, and Arsenal. However, this game might be the redemption chance for Erik Ten Hag and his team, and we’re predicting a win for Manchester United.
Newcastle Vs. Burnley
Burnley hasn’t been in good form since the beginning of this season, losing all its matches so far. Currently, it looks like they’re headed for relegation, and this match against Newcastle wouldn’t seem to help. Newcastle has maintained an okay form that’s enough to conquer Burnley. So, we’re predicting a win in favor of Newcastle, and if you’d bet on them, bet on a goal margin of at least two.
Wolverhampton Wanderers Vs. Manchester City
Pep Guardiola has had a run no other team can touch this season. It’s been straight wins since the beginning of the season, and it doesn’t look like they’ll relent. With Pep Guardiola’s tactics and Erling Haaland as his striker, the team is just unstoppable. They’ve remained at the top of the table and might be inching towards their sixth win of the EPL title.
On the other hand, the Wolves have been poor, sitting in the bottom six of the table. The team has no chance against Manchester City, and it’s almost certain they’ll win by at least three goals. If you want to push your luck, bet on Haaland to score.
Bournemouth Vs. Arsenal
Mikel Arteta has reformed Arsenal and brought them back to their glory days with the performances they’ve put up over the weeks. The Gunners have been nothing but stellar, sitting in the top four. Arsenal has taken on four teams and have won, and we expect the same in this match with Bournemouth.
Bournemouth sits in the bottom six, with a form that’s no match for Arsenal. We predict a straight win for the Gunners, with at least a two-goal margin.
West Ham Vs. Sheffield United
Sheffield United might be heading to relegation with the run they’ve had over the weeks. They’re closer to the bottom four with the performances they’ve put up so far. On the other hand, West Ham has been in better form, winning against teams such as Brighton, Chelsea, and Luton Town.
Considering their form and performance, they’re the favored ones to win this match. With the number of goals they’ve scored in matches they’ve won, we’d dare to say they’ll win this match by a goal margin of at least two.
Everton Vs. Luton Town
Everton has had a streak of losses this season, and so has Luton Town. While we get that Luton Town is a small team that might be overwhelmed with the Premier League, it’s been a sharp decline for the once-mighty Everton team. However, this match against Luton Town might be their chance to redeem themselves and get on a path of wins. As such, we predict Everton to win against Luton Town, albeit with a narrow goal margin.
Tottenham Hotspur Vs. Liverpool
This match is probably the most anticipated of week seven, featuring two of the biggest names in the English Premier League. Liverpool seems to have renewed confidence under Jurgen Klopp after last season’s drought. Tottenham, under the management of Ange Postecoglou, has, so far, shown us the formidable side of the team we once knew.
In this coming match, a draw seems most likely, but if we were to pick a team to win, it’d be Liverpool. So, if you’d bet, take on bets with a narrow goal margin or pick a draw.
Nottingham Forest Vs. Brentford
Nottingham Forest and Brentford are close in positions on the table, with both teams showing similar forms and drive over the weeks. Brentford has more draws than losses compared to Nottingham Forest. This match is predicted to tilt in favor of Brentford, but we can’t rule out the possibility of a draw.
Fulham Vs. Chelsea
Chelsea, under the management of Mauricio Pochettino, has been struggling against small and big teams in the league. They’re not even in the top ten, and the team’s spirit only seems to be falling after each match. Fulham is especially known for playing well against big teams, and we won’t be surprised if they win this match against Chelsea. So, if you’re going to beat, we predict a narrow margin win in favor of Fulham, or at best, a draw.
