The Current Season
The new Premier League season may only be three games in (at the time of writing), but there are already some fascinating narratives unfolding at both ends of the table (and on and off the pitch).
Liverpool has shown no signs of complacency, with three wins from three, including a narrow victory over close challengers Arsenal. Tottenham look like a different beast under new manager Thomas Frank and have made some impressive summer signings, while Everton have started life at their new stadium in electric fashion with two impressive wins. Newly promoted side Sunderland have also caught the eye of many with two fine wins. This shows the unpredictable nature of the EPL season, which is what makes it so captivating.
